Rascal’s Reserve: Valentine’s Day Dinner & Wine Pairing

Roses are red, violets are blue – Valentine’s Day is coming and Rascal is opening his reserve just for you!
Kickoff the night with a welcome drink, then indulge in a four-course dinner curated by Renegades Executive Chef Mark Woinoski, complete with a complementary Benmarl wine pairing served alongside each course.
Each guest has a choice of one option from each course:
First Course – Appetizer

Second Course – Salad

• Caesar Salad
Third Course – Entrée
• Honey-Glazed Pork Mignon
• Creamy Garlic Pasta

• Marble Cheesecake
• Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries
